Gotta say that John makes your experience very relaxed. Most places just wanna get you in and out. John let me lay on many mattresses and explained the difference between them. He's got a great sense of humor and you can tell he definitely cares about the person, not just the sale. If you're wanting a great deal with no hidden surprises, I recommend this place. I'm very satisfied, lowest prices I found and I went thru multiple stores before stopping by his ( won't make that mistake again ).

We purchased a king mattress and a queen mattress today and we had a great experience. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend mattress by appointment to my friends and family!!

The best experience buying a mattress, John the owner wasn't pushy like all the other stores. So I could actually lay down and relax and find the perfect bed that fit my needs and wallet.

omg i have to say that im so very impressed with this company!!!!!!! i had a prob with my mattress set i bought and John and his family were very receptive to my needs!!!! Customer service was easy and accomodating! im so happy they redelivered on the same day in less than 3hours!!!!!!!! One happy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!

A NOTE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT MATTRESS: I just went with my wife today to meet John and see about getting a decent mattress along with an adjustable base. I was VERY PLEASED with the selection as well as the fact that he can order what you want. The prices are TERRIFIC and getting the financing took me all of ten minutes 😊 I HIGHLY recommend going to see John BEFORE you waste your money at one of those big box mattress stores like Mattress Firm... GO SEE JOHN!!!

We contacted him through Facebook. Set up an appointment, very quick availability. Ge had great options and suggestions. Delivery was quick and thorough. Great service! Great product! Will be shopping there again in a near future.

Just recently purchased our third mattress here! The owner, John, is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We always walk out with exactly what we want and need. I have told all my friends and family about mattress by appointment and they are never disappointed.
