TOTALLY RECOMMEND! My husband and I were googling places to buy a new mattress, my husband is a big believer in great reviews and reading people's experiences and we were so excited to schedule an appointment after reading all these wonderful remarks. My husband booked an appointment and Big Dave (who was very busy with business, running a couple of shops) met us and took the time to figure out what we needed in a mattress to fit our needs. Saturday was our appointment and Monday afternoon they had our new mattress to us! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I reccomend Mattress by Appointment in Wilmington DE on Maryland Avenue. Dave and Dave were really great guys. Thought that it was very nice that Dave called the next day to check and make sure everything was ok with the service and to see how I liked my new bed. They helped me find a really comfortable bed I am very pleased with the service from Mattress by Appointment. I give them a 10. If you nee a great mattress great customer service and great prices. Mattress by Appointment is the place to go.

I found this place on a market web site. Made a phone call ,made an appointment. My husband and I went there no one showed. So I called the number there was a mix up with the time. When we finally met Dave we were so happy we hasn't given up on this appt. He was so helpful telling us about all the mattresses. After making our selection we had him deliver it to our home. Him and his helper were very professional. So much so my husband went back a few weeks later to buy a foundation for his parents.

Big Dave is awesome took his time explained everything The place is very neat & organized and he doesn’t harassed you to buy a mattress like these other big box store places so we bought a mattress set he delivered it unwrapped it it was a small issue with the mattress he returned it with no questions asked came pick up Mattress and brought the new one the very next day we will shop there again thanks Dave

Had a great experience at Mattress By Appointment!
Big Dave was great! Took his time to explain everything and gave us an amazing deal.
The mattress we wanted wasn’t in stock (understandable due to this Covid situation) we didn’t need it for a few weeks anyway, he said it would be about a week.. but no, he was able to get it to our house within a few days!
We are thrilled we found the perfect mattress while shopping small and local.

Mattress by appointment in Wilmington, DE was amazing. Big Dave was very polite and professional. I explained to him how I suffer from back pain and having a hard time sleeping. He pointed out the right mattress for me. I got a mattress and box spring at a very affordable price. Big Dave also gave me the option for same day or next day delivery. I highly recommend this place.

Went in on monday searching for the perfect matress ... i got it the very next day ... he didn’t have it in the store but he made it happen !! I love my bed !! Very good deals :) I highly recommend ! Thank you Tall Dave :)

I worked with David today at the Wilmington store. Very nice and reasonable. Even when I missed my first appt due to an emergency he was kind enough to reschedule and understand my situation. Now here’s the best part lol.... I just moved and they don’t deliver out of state. Due to my past experience from another store(that is now closed) he tied my bed down perfectly, I was able to get home at a decent time. Thank you so much for the great experience, I’ll be back when I buy my house.

This place is GREAT! Big Dave really helped me pick out the perfect bed for the perfect price. Everything is on point from the minute you walk in the door to the minute your bed is delivered! Big Dave was a very kind and helpful in picking out bed for me & my kids . He made sure we left the store with the beat mattresses , he even double back to find my son an amazing twin that was even better than the one i picked before & i thank him so much for that the delivery was quick and easy and he made sure to put the beds right where i wanted them :) totally recommended from me and my family . Walked in and purchased a new king mattress. Dave was great we only have a little car and Dave even waited after store hours for our driver to pick it up. Great customer service
