Great pricing. More selection than most other similar factory direct places. Purchased a 12" plush California King memory foam last year for much cheaper than what they sell for in retail stores (more than 60% off). The mattresses are not shipped "rolled up" in boxes (which shortens the product's life), but instead as their normal shape, which I liked. This was my very first mattress purchased after two years of searching, and Ben was very helpful in explaining anything I needed to know. He also worked with me on a payment plan. Mattress was brand new, made about a month before I received it (according to the tag). Highly recommend.

Super easy! I have no idea why anyone would get a matress through any other retailer. We made an apt and got in same day. Got a great new queen and left with it, paying significantly less then we had been quoted elsewhere. Ben was amazing!! Thanks!!!!

We were in need of a mattress. Saw Ben's ad on Facebook Marketplace. Made an appointment with Ben. Ben is very prompt in answering communication. Met Ben. GREAT guy. Gave us a lot of helpful info, let us test out mattresses, and we were able to purchase that day.
Ben made it simple.
We may have found our "go to" when needing a mattress in the future.

Ben was super helpful and best way to truly buy a bed. Prices are better yet quality same or maybe even better. I have chronic pain and spent thousands on custom beds or the big known beds to still struggle. Bought a bed here and sleep is improved and seems quality is very high. This isn't a fancy place with a big store front to add to overhead which gets passed to customer. This is skipping all the middlemen. The attached manufacture tag on the mattress I purchased showed it was made 3 days before I purchased. That's is great.

I thought this was a mattress store, but it turned out to be a mattress distribution warehouse. Couldn't locate any showroom at the building.

If you're like me you don't want to spend 2 or 3 hours in an over-sized retail store looking for the right mattress. Do yourself a favor and call Ben now! In less than 30 minutes my wife and I found the perfect king size mattress, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Ben's vast knowledge of each model, and outstanding customer service made this a 5 star experience. There's zero pressure and his relaxed approach was refreshing. So, not really certain I was committed to buying a new mattress, I came upon Mattress By Appointment via online ad. It was easy to set up an appointment at our convenience, and open conversation via text. Ben, who manages the Shawnee location was more than affable and knowledgable on his product lines. We got an incredible deal on a mattress that is more than comparable to a Tempur-Pedic mattress. No pressure tactics, and simple financing options if needed too. Check it out!

Everything about this place is awesome. He is super helpful, knowledgeable, and very laid back. The whole process was unbelievably easy and so much cheaper than other locations. Not to mention I got my matress the next day. I highly recommend setting an appointment.

I purchased a queen set and took it home the same day. I haven't experienced this type of professionalism and excellent customer service in a long time, thank you Ben....I thought it was almost nonexistent. If you're looking for mattress sets, I highly recommend this establishment.
